ME.
The most important thing in life is happiness and health – you get this by trying to do your best every day and make a difference to other people's lives.
PROFESSIONAL ME.
After graduating in Electronic Engineering and computing, my career started at British Aerospace where I held a variety of technical and managerial roles. Having been selected to complete a sponsored MBA, I held various senior sales and management roles before moving to a specialist Business Process Outsource company where I led a number of major bids. I founded a very successful
start-up software company that grew to be internationally recognised in under a decade and Commanded an Army Regiment before taking up the challenge of driving RFM Group to the next level. I am a true strategic thinker; my motivation is making a difference every day to RFM Group and our clients by creating a business that stands out from the crowd of mediocrity.
