Marketing Manager

Reporting in to the Marketing Director you will take the lead in executing on the tactical and operational elements of the marketing strategy and plan; primary focus will be to support the new sales business activity, building brand awareness and credibility through a content driven strategy, and continuing to raise the profile internally and externally in support of business development activity

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Digital marketing and ownership of CRM (HubSpot)
  • Website refresh and ongoing management
  • Social management across LinkedIn and Twitter
  • PR management for press releases and sponsored content
  • Online content copywriting and/or management of external agency/freelancers
  • Internal and external communications
  • Marketing collateral content and co-ordination
  • Lead generation and supporting the sales team KPI growth targets
  • Brand ownership and guidelines
  • Carry out data analysis and problem solving
  • Ensure marketing compliance with GDPR, PECR & The Data Protection Act

Knowledge and experience required:

  • Experience of working primarily in B2B, minimum 2 years since graduation
  • Experience across the marketing mix
  • Experience of creating and delivering social media strategies
  • Experience of managing agencies
  • Digital marketing experience and training evidence

Voids Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Voids Supervisor to join our Repairs team. The primary objective of the role is to carry out a number of day to day repairs and void works including Void pre and post inspections in the North East for RFM on behalf of our Housing Association client.

The Role

  • Checking the quality of all Repairs & Maintenance
  • Checking the quality of works in all void properties
  • Ensuring all works are being completed within set deadlines
  • First line of command for all trades, labour and sub-contractors on site
  • Ensuring Health and Safety procedures are being followed
  • Ensuring works are being carried out to the programme and within budget
  • Feeding back progress reports to the Management Team
  • Managing and maintaining programme of works
  • Checking works for any snagging to be completed

Skills / Experience

  • Previous experience of working on Social Housing projects at a Supervisory level
  • Good working knowledge of SOR codes (Schedule of Rates)
  • Valid Asbestos Awareness Certificate (Although this is not essential as we can arrange for you to do this online prior to commencing with the Client)
  • Clean Driving Licence
  • High Level and understanding of Health & Safety requirements and procedures
