RFM were appointed as principal contractor to undertake ‘floor to ceiling’ works over two floors including a full office furniture installation at the finish. The brief was to undertake a complete refurbishment and fit-out of the 27,000 square ft, grade A offices, including mechanical and electrical installations, all fully designed and project managed by RFM Group working collaboratively with the client’s in-house project team.
Our dedicated Project Manager ensured our client was provided with a full schedule of works identifying completion dates to fully manage expectations at every step of the way. Our planning and delivery technology enabled full project visibility and optimisation.
