Sentio required a Cat A refurbishment of the vacant third-floor shell space of Minerva House, a multi-tenanted commercial building in Leeds’ central business district. Designed to support team working and client meetings, the vibrant surroundings needed to enhance the client’s day to day operations.
Meeting rooms were cleverly created within the space using unique frameless glass and partitioning. A formal boardroom with views across the city, and open-plan office, complete with the latest communication technology were all delivered as part of the project. A new business lounge area was installed to create a multi-purpose space for clients and staff to work and relax in. The project was delivered successfully within the tight deadline and helped Sentio seamlessly move into their new home.
“Our vibrant new surroundings provide a great working environment for our team and somewhere that reflects our message and branding when we welcome clients and contacts. We are delighted with our new space and excited about the contribution it will make to the continued growth of our business.”
