Following on from our successful three-phase refurbishment at Emerald Publishing headquarters in Bingley, West Yorkshire for a delighted client, we are pleased to announce our next phase of partnership as we start to manage their facilities.
As part of our business model and promise to our customers of Advising, Building, Managing and Maintaining, this is a fantastic win for RFM Group with Emerald Publishing Group.
RFM Group will commence Facilities Management including full cleaning and housekeeping, which include looking after the new facilities which RFM Group built in 2018.
Phase One was a gymnasium, shower rooms and break out areas, Phase Two was a superb new restaurant and commercial premises and Phase Three was a further new break out area – which all will be looked after and maintained by our team.
