RFM Group have successfully delivered latest refurbishment project; Indigo House on the outskirts of Leeds. Head office to national health care service provider Stericycle (SRCL), RFM were awarded the £100,000, three phase contract by Chartered Surveyors Wainwright and Co. which was completed within the four-week timescale.

The project team worked across three separate office floors, all of which required careful removal of walls and partitions to remodel the office workspace in order to house the new SRCL employees in their respective teams. Floor finishes were replaced throughout with new carpet tiles, office furniture was relocated and installed, a thorough mechanical and electrical alteration programme was implemented and each floor was freshly painted and decorated.

More specifically, a brand new reception area was created on the ground floor to allow for more space within the office, the 2nd floor boardroom gained a retractable folding wall, glass fronted soundproof meeting pods were installed and new break out areas constructed as part of the remodelling works.

The staff at SRCL were able to move into their new office floors on time, and the new facilities were operational straight away after RFM safely completed the project on time and on budget.

Kevin Wilkinson from Wainwright and Co commented;

“The Indigo House project involved very tight timescales and RFM worked hard to ensure that these timescales were achieved to the satisfaction of the client. This was our first time working with RFM and found it to be a positive experience. RFM were very responsive throughout the project and we look forward to working with them again in the future.  Wainwright and Co. are now working alongside RFM on projects for other clients.”

RFM are now looking ahead to working on future projects with Wainwright and Co.
