EMIS are one of the fastest growing companies in Yorkshire, providing clinical software to the healthcare sector.
RFM Group were awarded an Integrated Facilities Management contract in 2013 servicing five sites in north England, which are home to over 1000 EMIS employees and covers 200,00 sq ft. EMIS were looking for a partner who could evidence the ability to provide a complete service package and competently cover all property service needs across their multiple sites.
We provide a fully integrated facilities management service which has grown over the last 4 years and also included large scale refurbishment and fit-out projects.

RFM have introduced numerous proactive initiatives, including a highly skilled handyman, who is able to undertake planned and reactive maintenance works to the Leeds sites.
We are committed to helping our clients save money and reduce energy consumption so have also implemented waste recycling, waste segregation, energy efficient lighting and use FSC accredited materials as well as environmentally friendly cleaning products.
In addition to the Integrated FM contract, we also undertake cleaning of EMIS housing used to accommodate staff from across the globe who are staying in the area for training puposes.
Following our high level of service and close relationship we have formed over the years, we have become an essential partner in the running of business operations across the group.
Through our close working relationship and tight maintenance schedule we have managed to reduce EMIS annual spend by a massive 17% on their property services.
