International Law Firm
Overview
RFM were commissioned and appointed in early January 2019 to refurbish the head office accommodation for a private client at TP Business Park. The private client was a leading law firm and required prestigious and modern offices for both staff and clients to use.
The refurbishment was to deliver brand new additional spaces for the law firm, improving and enhancing working conditions and wellbeing. The offices were in a dire state and needed fully stripping out before any work could commence.
Our approach
Before commencing on site, we fulfilled a detailed health assessment of our Construction Phase Plan. This included a Traffic Management Plan, Health and Safety Site Audits and Daily signing in and out registers for all staff visiting site. Works were sequenced to ensure minimum disruption whilst allowing full business continuity.
Over a 20-week period, the project included refurbishment and fit-out of the full ground floor, all stairs and toilet cores and reinstallation of the plant room.
