Mark is an extremely capable, self-motivated and passionate Client Services Director with over 15 years FM related experience delivering maintenance, TFM, Insurance property repair services and Construction projects to both private and public sector organisations.
He is a member of the senior management team including Operational Board, Safety Steering Group, IT Steering Group and Contract Monitoring Committee.
In 2012, Mark developed a new division incorporating HBM focusing on insurance property repairs and reinstatement. Shannon is responsible for developing the FM division of RFM Group. She has been working within the facilities management industry for just over 7 years and has an in-depth understanding and knowledge of this sector. Her experience allows her to be able to recommend the best practice and innovative solutions to existing and new clients.
Leah originally joined RFM as a Finance Apprentice where she processed invoices, chargebacks and credit card statements. She has now been promoted to Facilities Administrator. In her new role she manages the FM helpdesk, assisting clients and solving problems. Leah is the first port-of-call for many of our FM customers and maintains our CAFM system.
Leah is also currently undertaking a Level 3 qualification in Business and Administration which covers Customer Service, Quality Assurance, Communications, Project Management, Regulation and Law.
Connor previously worked in facilities management for 12 years, initially starting out as an apprentice. He went on to complete an apprenticeship and gain a level 3 NVQ in heating and ventilation. Following the completion of his apprenticeship, he gained promotion and become one of the company’s youngest senior maintenance technicians. Whilst in his role he completed HNCs in both electronic engineering and mechanical engineering.
