Dunblane New Builds
RFM Group were selected by recommendation to manage the demolition, design, and build of a premium residential house in the small cathedral town of Dunblane.
The proposed property required a full demolition, ground survey, design, all aspects of construction and landscaping. The client wanted a fantastic building with unique key features, large open spaces, a fully equipped gym and a wine cellar.
Our approach
Following the initial consultation, RFM’s architect created an impressive house design which incorporated unique design features, energy efficient measures and a bespoke gym and wine cellar.
The demolition and construction needed to be carried out sensitively and with minimal disruption to local residents. Our experts used our leading technology platform to plan and manage the whole integrated project.
