NHS Digital Whitehall II,Refurbishment
Overview
NHS Digital chose RFM to fully fit-out their new offices at Whitehall II in Leeds. RFM were challenged with a tight timescale as this public sector client had already committed to moving 375 staff into the building within three months.
RFM were appointed as principal contractor to undertake ‘floor to ceiling’ works over two floors including a full office furniture installation at the finish. The brief was to undertake a complete refurbishment and fit-out of the 27,000 square ft, grade A offices, including mechanical and electrical installations, all fully designed and project managed by RFM Group working collaboratively with the client’s in-house project team.
