Overview
RFM transformed this Victorian 2-bed Harrogate property into a luxury 4-bed, 3-bathroom home with bespoke joinery, restored period features, and underfloor heating. The kitchen was extended by 25% with high-end appliances and a marble island. A new basement floor was added creating additional bedrooms with en-suites and a utility. Outside, gardens were landscaped and the garage converted into a beautiful garden room.
