Drying & Moisture Control
Effective drying is critical to successful restoration. Our certified drying technicians use advanced moisture-control technology to remove water and dampness efficiently. We install and monitor drying equipment on site, record readings throughout the process, and issue full certification once conditions are stable and safe for reinstatement.
Asbestos Testing & Removal
In buildings constructed before 2000, asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) may still be present. RFM Group’s qualified surveyors and contract managers follow rigorous testing and removal procedures to protect occupants and ensure compliance.
If asbestos is suspected, we’ll collect samples for accredited laboratory analysis — typically completed within 48 hours. Where removal is required, we appoint licensed asbestos contractors to complete the works safely and issue a certificate of removal for your records.
