Overview
Following unsatisfactory cleaning standards from previous contractors (including, unattended cobwebs, irregular microwave and fridge cleaning and a general unsatisfactory approach) Andrew Page (LKQ Euro Car Parts) identified they required an effective and reliable cleaning company to manage their facilities.
They wanted cleaning to be undertaken to a more consistent standard with a managed daily, weekly and monthly process, while still being cost-effective and maintaining high standards of service.
Our approach
We took a consultative approach to understand what Andrew Page needed from an FM company.
We undertook a full analysis to define the full requirements and we also brought our expertise in to ensure best practice would be implemented. RFM devised daily, weekly and monthly cleaning duties across three floors of the building to include: office accommodation, toilet and kitchen facilities, and communal areas
