Our Approach

The project included strip-out works, new ceilings, flooring, partitioning, decorations and installation of office furniture.

The design and build also included communal areas such as kitchen, staff room and two toilets. Finally, significant mechanical works included the installation of new lighting, the adaptation of some existing lighting as well as modifications to existing power and data installations to suit the new layouts.

Project works:

  • Strip out and enabling works
  • Suspended ceiling works
  • Floor finishes
  • Kitchen and tea point fit-out
  • New furniture installations
  • Partitioning and joinery
  • Wall finishes
  • Toilet fit-out
  • Mechanical & electrical installations
  • Storage wall installations

Outcome

RFM Group provided full turnkey project management across the refurbishment. All works were completed within a live working environment, ensuring Brenntag staff had full access to the building at all times, which required excellent co-ordination and health & safety compliance by the site management team.

The result was a significantly improved, beautifully finished modern office space for all staff who were ‘extremely delighted’ with the results.

“Having been trusted by Brenntag to manage their properties for many years, it was great to work together to complete this fantastic upgrade.”

Mark Flanagan, Client Services Director, RFM Group.
