The clients were eager to incorporate the latest technology within their home and have a future proof and bespoke property that would impress for generations to come.
Our approach
Our design and architecture team delivered an exciting proposal that incorporated the latest technology integrated with high quality design features.
We then demonstrated it to the clients with virtual reality and cutting-edge visualisation. Following approval, the project was deployed through our project management system to give both high level visibility and granular detail. The project was fully scheduled and managed by leading experts via our bespoke system and work was organised to ensure optimal delivery.

Outcome
Clifford Manor was completely renovated and finished on time to a very high standard. The owners were ecstatic with the outcome of the project. Throughout the property, finishes were concurrent with the brief, as the boutique theme was adopted throughout.
One of the most impressive aspects of the property was the converted basement, which boasts a large ensuite bedroom with living quarters, a study, security room as well as a laundry room. The five bedroom property incorporates great design aspects with high quality products e.g. Porcelanosa, Grohe, Villeroy & Bosch. The exterior of the property has been transformed, as the gardens have been beautifully landscaped, along with the newly designed courtyard area which features a renovated well and zen garden.
