The Rigby Group Operations Office

The Brief

The Rigby Group are a multinational, service-based holding company for a portfolio of privately-owned businesses, currently comprised of six key divisions: Technology, Airports, Hotels, Real Estate, Aviation and Finance.

RFM were engaged by Rigby Property division to refurbish and fit-out the Operations Centre in the main NDC (national distribution centre) of subsidiary SCC, Europe’s largest independent technology solutions company, based at Tyseley, Birmingham.

The brief for the furniture scheme was to provide a minimalist look with clean lines. The finish required was achieved using all-new white-topped bench desking with silver metal desk legs, pedestals and team storage plus white framed clear acrylic desktop screens. Matching white-topped meeting tables plus mesh back task Seating in black fabric and black leather meeting chairs completed the itinerary.

Our Approach

RFM Group sourced furniture to meet the brief of a monochrome functional office design.

To enable prior consultation and engagement with staff to ensure they were happy with the seating and desk choices we provided a sample desk and seating options for them to test and consult over.

Outcome
