Over a 20-week period, the project included refurbishment and fit-out of the full ground floor, all stairs and toilet cores and reinstallation of the plant room.

Before commencing on site, RFM had fulfilled a detailed health assessment of our Construction Phase Plan. This included a Traffic Management Plan, Health and Safety Site Audits and Daily signing in and out registers for all staff visiting site.
Works were sequenced to ensure minimum disruption to our clients’ employees whilst allowing full business continuity. All approved contractors went through a full induction before project commencement, adhering strictly to RFM Groups and our client’s policies and procedures.
In April 2019, we achieved a monthly Health & Safety audit score of 98.7% which is evidence of our uncompromising approach to Health & Safety.
